We provided Kind Evolution with a non-geographic number and our Communicator Go Mobile app. The non-geographic number helps show their UK presence whilst the app ensures they are available to answer calls anywhere. We set operational times so customers could only ring within working hours, outside of these hours calls go to voicemail, these are easily accessible in the app for them to listen and return calls.
