AI Integration with MeetingIQ at SF Accounts

SF Accounts is a well-established South Wales based accountancy firm who have been a long-standing customer of RPS Telecom for over 5 years. As they have continued to maintain high standards with a small team as the business has grown, SF Accounts were now looking for the next tool that could help streamline their communications even further.

With an increase in business, they were finding it hard to remain present on calls and meetings whilst trying to make accurate notes and action points. And as a small team, increasing time between phone calls for write ups meant the risk of delays for follow up work and subsequent calls.

After initial discussions, they immediately saw the great potential of AI integration and the benefits it could offer.  They wanted a product that could integrate seamlessly with their current VoIP solution across physical handsets and softphone applications and RPS MeetingIQ was the perfect solution for this.

RPS Telecom stepped in to provide our RPS MeetingIQ solution for SF Accounts.

A key functionality of this solution was that it seamlessly integrated with SF Accounts pre-existing telephony setup, allowing for instant implementation of AI powered call recording and transcription across all phone calls and meetings – Whether performed on physical handsets, or applications such as Teams and Communicator Go.

The impact was seen immediately. Staff found they were able to be present on calls, not buried in notes, knowing that everything discussed would be transcribed for them with summaries and action points given after every call. They also noted the benefit of how this made taking messages on behalf of colleagues much easier as well as saving on time and paper.

MeetingIQ streamlined productivity with less downtime after calls for write ups and an increase in meaningful time spent speaking to customers without the need for breaks for notetaking – more discussions, more solutions. And customers noticed too, providing feedback that they have felt an increase in engagement!
