Upgrading Communication Systems and Eliminating Call Interruptions for a Primary School

Oakwood Primary School* faced issues with engaged phone lines due to their legacy ISDN system, which limited them to only four simultaneous calls. Their outdated handsets were in need of an upgrade, and they were incurring heavy maintenance charges from their previous provider. Parents frequently encountered the frustrating engaged tone when attempting to contact the school.

Solution

PS Telecom addressed these challenges by implementing a new communication system that increased call capacity and eliminated excessive maintenance charges. To manage high call volumes during peak times, we proposed the integration of a sickness line to ensure that parents could reach the school promptly. Additionally, the Voicemail to Email feature was added to efficiently handle missed calls and inquiries, further improving communication accessibility.
This solution ensured uninterrupted communication, enhancing the efficiency of the school’s operations while reducing costs and improving accessibility for parents.
