We implemented a project plan which saw each site transition to our hosted platform over a matter of weeks. Once all sites were migrated, each site could make an internal call to any member of staff they needed to get hold of. To make this easier we included a company directory with all staff members names and departments. They were no longer restricted by a maximum inbound and outbound call cap. Our system provided unlimited calls inbound and outbound.
When Taylor & Co approached us at short notice we jumped on straight away to ensure they had everything they needed to open. Our team sat down and discussed what they needed and within two weeks we got the broadband and telephones setup. It was also important Taylor & Co retained their main number, we ported this over to ensure there was no change for their customers. They now have a fully flexible phone system with mobile diverts for evenings and weekends when needed.
