The awards celebrate innovation, best practice and recognise achievement within the next generations’ communications industry.
The criteria for the company who wins this category must provide the best all-round business voice service of any ITSP and must demonstrate impressive business performance, innovation and customer service. This company has to provide a good selection of business features, such as multiple telephone numbers, call queuing and support for remote workers.
Natalie Strange, General Manager of RPS Telecom said: “As the only Welsh company and smallest company within the category to have been shortlisted, we are so pleased to have been recognised for the work we do and to have been nominated for these prestigious awards.
Despite the struggles we have collectively experienced over the course of the pandemic, I am so proud of our team for each contributing towards the success and growth of the business.”
Eli Katz, Chair of Comms Council UK Council, said: “The awards acknowledge accomplishments within the Unified Communications and VoIP industry.
“Considering the difficulties and disruption of the past year and a half, it is brilliant to see such a large number of high-quality finalists this year, and it will be wonderful to meet them all in-person this September.
“I would like to personally congratulate not just this year’s finalists, but everybody in our industry. You have kept us all communicating and the economy going during these tumultuous times, and for that we are forever grateful.”
The awards are due to take place on 30th September 2021.
