The HR Dept provides employment law and human resources support to small and medium sized businesses, they provide expert HR advice and are passionate about helping SMEs thrive through offering pragmatic and personal advice.
HR Dept were looking to get setup straight away as they were a couple of weeks away from their office launch day. As a temporary solution initially we installed a 4G dongle for them, along side their new telephones enabling them to get up and running ready for their launch.
Once the Fibre broadband went live, we revisited site to remove the dongle and change everything over making sure there was no downtime for the team.
We moved into our first office in January 2020, there was no internet or phone line available. We contacted RPS Telecom and they swiftly visited the office to complete a site survey. Following the survey an agreement was signed and RPS took care of everything. There was an issue with connections into the office, I was informed that Openreach wouldn’t be able to visit the site for a number of weeks, RPS Telecom arranged for a dongle to be hand delivered with our new VOIP phone system as a temporary solution, this enabled us to communicate with our clients and launch the office as planned. The team at RPS are all very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable.
We have recently moved to a larger office and continue to use the services of RPS Telecom, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
